1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges on most items, with the following conditions:

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. -

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Returned products should be free of any damage, stains, or signs of wear. If items are used or not in their original packaging, they may not be eligible for a return. -
Non-Returnable Items:

- Gift cards
- Bedding, cushions, and other soft goods if opened or used
Note: Please inspect your items upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. -

Ship the Return:
Once you have received the return instructions, ship the item back to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Vynexsonali is not responsible for items lost in transit. -
Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in processing the exchange, subject to availability of the new item.
